To Write or Not to Write

Dear Readers,
I am now going to continue interjecting my poems.
My poems are based on my life experiences, perspectives, and observations. Whether it’s rhyme, free verse, haiku, or prose, my writing aims to capture the intricacies of human emotions and the beauty, complexity, and sometimes the chaos of everyday life. Each piece I create reflects my unique voice, a lens through which I interpret the world around me. I deliberately write certain pieces in a childlike, simple, thought-provoking way.
Kindly go through my previous blogs to read specific writing that has already been published.
In writing and posting these verses, I strive to offer insights that resonate with the essence of existence, allowing readers to see through my perspectives. My poetry is not confined to traditional boundaries; it explores themes that matter to me and, I hope, to you as well.
From the serene moments of nature to the tumultuous storms of emotion, my writing is a journal that portrays the vivid colours of experience. I invite you to journey with me through these poetic expressions as they unfold, sharing in each poem’s revelations.
Let us embrace the art of words together, and may my verse ignite reflection, connection, and inspiration within you.
Feel free to leave a comment, and I will respond momentarily.
Remember the power of words, their ability to heal, to uplift, to transform. Words are sacred offerings, carrying our joys, our sorrows, our silent prayers. Like hidden gems, they wait to be uncovered, polished, and shared, each one a spark of light in the vastness of human experience. Speak with intention, confidence, let them flow with grace, and trust that even the softest whisper of faith can move mountains!
A Lighter Note- Show and Tell
My daughter inspired this fun poem when she had to write one in grade five.
I reached for the books I had promised to read that year. Though they had sat untouched since the COVID lockdown, today was the day they would finally serve their purpose.
