In 2016, I enjoyed visiting Fort Langley, a charming and picturesque town in British Columbia. Strolling through its quaint streets, I was captivated by the vibrant trees and colourful flowers that greeted me at every turn. The town’s small boutiques, brimming with artsy treasures, and the cheerful smiles of friendly locals made the experience even more special.
The air was filled with the enticing aromas of restaurants’ savoury dishes, ice cream and candy shops’ sweet treats, and cake shops’ tempting delights. I loved the peaceful walk across a serene pedestrian bridge, admired the nostalgic charm of vintage billboards, and relished the simple joy of sipping my first (and very indulgent) expensive caffe latte. The Fraser River’s tranquil beauty added a perfect, calming touch. I relaxed, just watching kayaks gliding on the water.
I’ve chosen to share five special photos that offer a glimpse into the warmth and charm of this wonderful town, a place that made me feel truly welcome. Each moment captured holds a piece of the joy and kindness I experienced there, and I am happy to share that with you.
Thanks for reading! 😊
